This policy applies to KepFai consumer plans (Starter, Essential, Power, Lifetime) paid via Stripe. Business customers running KepFai under a white-label contract follow the refund terms of their individual agreement.
The full text lives in T&C §6.6 and §13.4 — this page summarises the conditions for convenience. In case of any conflict, the full T&C is the binding document.
24-hour cooling-off (T&C §6.6.1)
Within 24 hours of successful payment, the customer can request a full refund. This covers monthly plans, the Lifetime fee, and any upgrade payments. The refund is returned via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
Condition: single-use per account
The cooling-off right may be exercised at most once per KepFai account. Once a 24-hour refund has been issued, subsequent payments on the same account are not eligible for cooling-off. This prevents abuse of the policy.
Condition: no files retrieved yet
Cooling-off only applies if no files have been retrieved from KepFai's archive yet. If you have used a retrieval command with the bot or downloaded files via the LIFF gallery during those 24 hours, the right ends immediately — the service has been used for value.
After 24 hours: no refunds by default (T&C §6.6.2)
After the 24-hour window, no refunds are issued by default — whether for cancellation, change of mind, or other personal reasons. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Service-Fault Credit (T&C §6.6.4)
If KepFai's service is unavailable beyond the level specified in our SLA — for example, prolonged storage outage or bot downtime — affected accounts receive a Service-Fault Credit added to the account balance and applied to the next renewal. This is a credit, not a cash refund.
LINE Full Shutdown schedule (T&C §13.4)
In the rare case LINE shuts down the Messaging API that KepFai depends on, KepFai will give advance notice and let users export their files. After that, refunds follow the schedule in the contract — monthly plans are prorated on remaining term; Lifetime receives a ฿150 Service Credit as specified in T&C §13.4.

Email refund requests to help@kepfai.com — or contact LINE OA @kepfai — with the Order ID, the account email, and the reason. We respond within one business day for 24-hour cooling-off requests. Service-Fault Credit and LINE Shutdown cases follow the contract policy.
