One button, every chat, a single Excel file
The Owner picks a date range in the dashboard — KepFai produces a single .xlsx that combines messages from every approved chat, with a Group column that tells you which chat each message came from, written straight to your connected cloud's root.
How it works
Like a digest of every chat in one file
Normally KepFai writes one Excel file per chat per day. To see all chats together you'd have to open every per-chat folder and merge the daily files by hand. This feature does it for you — the Owner clicks one button in the KepFai dashboard, picks a date range, and KepFai builds a single combined Excel file automatically.

Text only — no media
Images and videos stay in the existing per-chat day folders. The combined file is text conversations only.
Pulled straight from KepFai's database
Not a merge of multiple existing Excel files — pulled row-by-row from the messages database, lighter and isolated from the per-chat artefacts.
Date range Owner-pickable, up to 90 days
Default is yesterday in Bangkok time. Pick a longer range up to 90 days per click — bounded to keep the Worker job within budget.
Where it goes
Written to your cloud's root
The file lands at the root of the storage backend you've connected to KepFai (Google Drive, OneDrive or NAS) — not inside any per-chat folder. Named AllChats_2026-05-18.xlsx (single day) or AllChats_2026-05-01_to_2026-05-18.xlsx (range). Your drive admin deletes old combined files manually — KepFai never auto-prunes them.
Works alongside per-chat exports
Does not replace your nightly per-chat files
The nightly per-chat-per-day Excel files KepFai writes continue exactly as they do today. This combined feature is a shortcut for the Owner when they want an overview in one file — not a replacement.

Owner-only button
The combined-export button is restricted to the Owner account. Admin users don't see the button and cannot trigger it.
