We size each quote against your actual scope, so you pay for what you need.
File volume and storage
Depends on how many images, videos and documents flow through each chat per day, and how long you need to retain them. We'll help you size this against your current usage.
Storage backend
Google Drive / OneDrive uses your own Workspace or Microsoft 365 storage — KepFai doesn't charge for that space. NAS setup is contract-tiered (see below).
Onboarding complexity
Connecting the LINE Official Account, configuring Google Workspace, designing the folder layout — all rolled into a one-time setup fee.

NAS setup is contract-tiered
If you want data to live on a NAS inside your office, we connect via Cloudflare Tunnel over WebDAV. Because the install and ongoing maintenance is more involved than a public cloud, NAS setup is scoped and contracted separately against your IT team's requirements.
