Lifetime is a one-time ฿299 payment for use of KepFai for the life of the service. The launch batch allocates 5,000 slots worldwide. Once it sells out the tier pauses; TecTony may release additional batches in the future based on demand and platform capacity — subscribers from earlier batches retain their full Lifetime status regardless.

These plans are for family groups, friend groups, hobby groups, or non-profit community groups — no commercial use, reselling, renting, or providing the service to third parties. Business use of KepFai (archiving customer files, transaction slips, contracts, or any data your company is the controller of under PDPA) requires the business plan, where your company stores files in its own backend — so your company is the genuine data controller under PDPA.

Early Bird grandfathering
Early Bird rates apply during the first 90 days from Service Launch Date — subscribers who sign up in that window keep the rate as long as the subscription stays active (T&C §5.2).
Payment
Processed through Stripe — supports credit cards, PromptPay, and Thai online banking.
24-hour cooling-off refund
Refundable in the first 24 hours after payment, only if no files have been retrieved yet (T&C §6.6.1). After that, refunds follow the Service-Fault Credit policy.

Number of LINE chats
A small business with a handful of staff chats is different from an agency running dozens of customer chats — LINE Messaging API costs scale with the number of approved chats.
File volume and storage
Depends on how many images, videos and documents flow through each chat per day, and how long you need to retain them. We'll help you size this against your current usage.
Storage backend
Google Drive / OneDrive uses your own Workspace or Microsoft 365 storage — KepFai doesn't charge for that space. NAS setup is contract-tiered (see below).
Onboarding complexity
Connecting the LINE Official Account, configuring Google Workspace, designing the folder layout — all rolled into a one-time setup fee.

If you want data to live on a NAS inside your office, we connect via Cloudflare Tunnel over WebDAV. Because the install and ongoing maintenance is more involved than a public cloud, NAS setup is scoped and contracted separately against your IT team's requirements.
