The KepFai bot replies only in DMs to your LINE OA or when @-mentioned in groups. The Owner picks the AI provider, supplies your own API key, pays the token bill directly — and every conversation lands in the audit trail.
How it works
Replies only where you allow
The Owner enables this feature per chat. You choose whether the bot replies only in DMs (1:1 with your LINE OA), or also in groups when @-mentioned. All settings (provider, model, system instruction, modes) live in the KepFai dashboard — change them anytime, no redeploy.

A model trained specifically on Thai language — picks the most natural Thai replies.

Capability toggles
Turn capabilities on or off from the dashboard
Vision — understand images
Customers send payment slips, on-site photos, document scans — the bot understands them. Only available on vision-capable models (KepFai disables the toggle automatically when you pick a model that doesn't support it).
Thinking — reasoning before responding
On by default in DMs; off in groups (groups need a second confirmation because LINE charges per recipient and thinking costs more tokens).
Audit
Every conversation is logged twice
Once into KepFai's database (D1) — for the TecTony team to debug or investigate abuse — and once into an AILogs/ file at the root of your company's connected storage, where your drive admin can review it directly. Every AI decision has a paper trail.
Owner-only
Configurable by Owner only
AI settings (provider, key, model, instruction, toggles) are restricted to the Owner account. Admin users cannot see or edit any of this.
