What KepFai is — in one paragraph
KepFai is a white-label platform that TecTony deploys per customer. The bot connects to your company's LINE chats via the official Messaging API, listens only to chats you've approved, then archives every image, video, audio file and document into your own cloud storage. A bilingual admin dashboard, mandatory 2FA, and an immutable audit log come standard — and your team keeps using LINE exactly as they do today.
